Product Introduction:
OFILL CKD Heavy Duty Industrial Closed Gear Oil series is made of deeply refined base
oil and new type of high efficient compounding agent, modulated by international advanced
pulse pneumatic blending process;
The technical performance of this series of products meets GB5903-2011 and reaches the
level of similar product quality in foreign countries;
Scope of application:
◎This product is suitable for the lubrication of closed gears operating under heavy load
high viscosity index oil as the base oil, can provide a good lubricant film, can ensure that the
large loads. In addition to lubrication of various iron and steel machineries, this product can
also be applied to the lubrication of gears and bearings of large-scale equipment in the fields
of forging,papermaking,mining,and cementing.

Precautions for use:
The mechanical gear lubrication system needs to be cleaned when using to avoid
contaminating the new oil;
It is not recommended to mix the oil with other oils in order to avoid phenomena such as
decrease of oil performance or precipitation;
The oil cannot be used in the mechanical lubrication system of non-ferrous metal parts;
